Fiberboards State Standard 4598-86, Mark ТС
The fiberboards by wet method are shop floor (equipment of the Republic of Poland) produced.
Used in building, car building, furniture manufacturing, packaging, joinery and other protected from humidity structures.
Annual production: 12 million m2.
Starting raw material for the production of fiberboard is raw technological wood and technological wood chips.
In order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of fiberboards we use wood-fiber mass. We use a solution of phenol resin and paraffin emulsion.
The fiberboard marks are following:
Т-С – solid boards with the facial layer of finely dispersed pulp;
ДВПО – fiberboard with a hard lacquer coating, colors: white, black, beige.

The fiberboard shipment is made unpacked (bulk) or in packaged form. Package of fiberboards, consisting of 100 slabs, mounted on a wooden pallet, lay round oneself on the perimeter of the fiberboard gr. B blooms and tied around a steel tape or polyethylene terephthalate packing tape with the use of plastic parts to protect the upper boards of the shear band.
The accurate cutting of boards is possible to customer specification.
We have certificates of the Republic of Belarus and Russian Federation.
In 2005 fiberboard awarded the title of "winner" in the nomination "Production of industrial-technical purpose" in the republican contest "Best Goods of Belarus". In 2008 fiberboard awarded the title of "winner" in the nomination "Production of industrial-technical purpose" in the republican contest "Best Goods of Belarus". In 2008 fiberboard awarded the title of "winner" in the nomination "Production of industrial-technical purpose" in the republican contest "Best Goods of Belarus on the market of the Russian Federation".
Woodchip boards
Woodchip boards of general and special purposes are made by hot pressing of wood particles mixed with a binder. Woodchip boards are made on the forming and pressing line "Schenk", equipped with a pressure "Becker-Van Hullen"(FRG). Annual output is 42 000 m3 per year. In 2004, the products were certified for compliance with international standard ISO 9001-2001, in 2005, were certified by international standard ISO14000, in 2009 introduced the OSH management system that meets the requirements of OHSAS-18001: 1999, NEQ.
Woodchip boards, produced by JSC “Vitebskdrev” rightfully considered the best among Belarusian producers of plates, in 2007 deservedly been given the award "Best goods of the Republic of Belarus".
As a raw material used raw wood technology, sawdust and shavings. As a binder used low-toxicity formaldehyde resins brand KФ-НФП. In the composition of the binder also includes a hardener based on sulfate ammonium and additives that reduce the emission of formaldehyde from the finished boards, giving special properties, the composition of which is protected by patents.

The woodchip boards СТБ 1554-2005 “Woodchip Boards for building. Technical requirements”, Mark ПС-А
– use in residential construction and civil engineering for the production of built-in furniture, and drip boards, elements of wall panels, floor coverings devices, shields formwork, temporary structures.
The woodchip boards, State Standard 10632-2007, Mark П-А, (В) with ultra water-resistance, polished
– thanks to special additives, the boards have high resistance to atmospheric humidity, and humidity in the place of production of the boards for special applications.
The laminated woodchip boards – Woodchip Board-Л
– lined with decorative films woodchip boards, Mark П-А, all depths, with ultra water-resistance. The laminated boards have matt surface, wide range of decors.

Technical Control Division of the company constantly evaluates the quality of the finished product. The chipboard class determined by the quality of the surface. According State Standard 10632-2007 the boards of first class should not have grooves (projections), or scratches, paraffin, dust or gum stains, chipping the corners, chips edges, defects grinding. All these defects in the second class, in turn, are limited.
Avoid mechanical damage during loading/unloading and transportation made packaging boards. Boards are stacked in bundles:

Plate bundles will be packed with packing plates, and shrink packing tape (2 longitudinal and 4 transverse belts).
